WHO Collaborating Centre Faculty Present at WPA World Congress 2019

Dr. Kathleen Pike and Dr. Geoffrey Reed presenting at the symposium entitled “Psychiatry and Mental Health: Global Inspirations, Locally Relevant Action”

Last week, Drs. Kathleen Pike, Tahilia Rebello, and Geoffrey Reed presented their work on the eleventh edition of the International Classification of Diseases at the World Psychiatric Association World Congress of Psychiatry 2019 in Lisbon, Portugal.  These presentations focused on the work of the WHO Collaborating Centre for Capacity Building and Training in Global Mental Health at Columbia to support development of the updated mental and behavioral guidelines, including field studies, clinic-based studies, service user studies, and participation in development committees.
