Madison Newell

Madison Newell earned her B.A. at Boston University, majoring in Psychology with a focus on child populations and interest in the impact of socioeconomic disparity and cultural context on development. Outside of her academic life, Madison exercised her interest in international relations by participating in Model U.N, and serving as a board member on the 2019 Boston University Model United Nations Invitational Conference. Following completion of her thesis “The Role of Socioeconomic Status in Maternal Sensitivity, Infant Self-Regulation and Infant Sleep Quality” and exploration of her interest in healthcare communications, Madison began working as a Research Coordinator at the M.I.N.D Clinic for Mood and Personality Disorders part time, as well as the Youth Anxiety Center within Weill Cornell Medicine full time.
