Ann Sacher retired as a general surgeon and became a community volunteer. She has held numerous leadership positions and currently serves as a board member of Family Services of Westchester, a social service and mental health care provider in Westchester County, NY. She sits on the executive committee and is the incoming chair of the Scarsdale Adult School, a continuing education program that offers an enriching and varied curriculum to lifelong learners. She teaches a class in Medical Terminology, Anatomy and Physiology at Lehman College.
Ann holds a BA in Economics from Barnard College and an MD from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She lives in Scarsdale, NY with her husband and two daughters. In her spare time she enjoys running, playing bridge, traveling and reading.Back to previous page
