■ Dr. Bowleg is Professor of Applied Social Psychology in the Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences at The George Washington University, and Founding Director of the Intersectionality Training Institute at GW.
■ Her research focuses on the intersectional and social-structural contexts of health for Black heterosexual men and Black LGBT communities.
■ Dr. Bowleg is an associate editor of the American Journal of Public Health (AJPH) and the section editor of AJPH’s Perspectives from the Social Sciences.
